Dog Dad to Theodore Bones and human Dad to two little ones. We all live in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy trees, oceans, lakes, and eating Gluten Free baked goods off the counter (yes, Theo too...)

Growing up in Canada with a Veterinarian for a Mom, I had exposure to puppies, kittens, and all sorts of animals from a young age. Growing up we had a menagerie of animals, some permanent and others that would pass through until they had a full-time home. Pets included dogs, cats, guinea pigs (they're social, keep in pairs!), a chinchilla, budgies, and beta fish to name a few. 

Three years ago, at the start of the pandemic when work travel stopped, my wife and I were finally able to get a dog of our own. We brought Theodore Bones home on March 21, 2020 and I've loved being a dog dad ever since. In 2021 and 2023, my family welcomed humans, solidifying my position as "Dad".
